Meet Dr. Coppola

familyPhoto2019.pngI’m a third-generation physician and my fascination with medicine began when I was a young child. My grandfather was a “country doctor”. He had an office in his home and my grandmother was his medical assistant. My father, a distinguished surgeon, chose a career in academia. At the age of 40 he performed one of the first kidney transplants in Philadelphia. Later he became chairman of the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University.

I’ve always had a passion for medicine, and I became a physician because I enjoy helping people.  I pride myself on building trusting relationships with my patients and getting to know them as individuals. I spend quality time with my patients to ensure they understand their condition and the most effective options to treat them. As a lifelong learner, I’m always challenging myself to keep abreast of new techniques so that I can offer you the most current state-of-the-art medical treatments.

For me medicine is a vocation, and I love being a doctor.  I understand the challenges a patient faces in navigating a complex medical system and I’m here to support and guide you through this process.

I’m a general ENT who treats the entire family – infants to geriatric patients.  I have a special interest in treating allergy and sinus conditions because they affect many of my patients.

I’ve been married for over 30 years to my wife Trish and we have three grown children – Brittany, Cameron, and Justin. In my free time I enjoy tennis, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and our practice. I’m committed to serving my patient family with excellence and look forward to meeting you!
